The Age of Fast Food!

(An Annie Article)

Eating out has become a way of life for most of us. I will admit, I am a sucker for the drive-thru, especially when I'm running behind or chauffeuring kids to and from events. Its fast and convenient, and also packed with sugar, additives, and lots of grease. Not to mention, what grade is that mystery meat anyway?? When we are pressed for time, we feel its either fast food or starvation. But are those really the only two options?

Knowledge is power. Educating yourself on what you are eating is the first step. Many fast food places have added a low-fat menu or salad-type dishes to entice those who are trying to eat right. However, most of those are packed with just enough sugar to compare to a can of soda. Check out this blog to see some behind-the-scenes of a typical fast food joint.

I love Dr. Aaron as a Doctor and a friend.
He is very professional, and does a good job with adjustments, etc.
He is also very caring, easy to talk to if you have a problem.
